     Kenbourne Chile operations are the primary production sources of Kenbourne, consisting of Nanaimo S.A. a harvesting, producing and processing Facility and ASEC Aquaculture S.A., Salmon farming and processing Facilities. Kenbourne Chile produces a variety of High quality species like Salmon, Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Mako Shark, Turbot and Abalone. The Salmon operations are dedicated to the grow-out and processing of high quality farm raised Salmon. Our partnership with SRC Aquaculture allows us to offer high quality farm raised Turbot and Abalone into the U.S market. Kenbourne Chile also operates a fleet of fishing vessels, which produce a wide variety of world-class seafood.

      Kenbourne’s operations in Uruguay provide a consistent supply of world-class Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass and Tuna. Within proximity of Montevideo, Kenbourne maintains a processing and logistics operation that ensures quality products to our customers in North America.

     Peru is known for its excellent fisheries. Kenbourne’s operations in Peru provide a steady supply of high quality Chilean Sea Bass, Mahi-Mahi, Tuna and Mako Shark. Our Peruvian operations supplement to our mass production to ensure availability of implemented special programs.

     In addition to our own current production, Outsourcing has enabled us to import product from Nicaragua, Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Honduras, and South Africa with species like Mahi-Mahi, Grouper, Snapper, Tuna, King clip, Corvina, Yellowtail Snapper, Shrimp and Spiny Lobster Tails.
